Sales & Office Administrator
We are currently recruiting for a well respected and leading provider of sustainable solutions to river restoration and erosion control projects in the UK.
Due to their continued growth and development, they currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales & Office Administrator to join their product sales department at their nursery in Thetford.
Working Hours
9am – 5pm
Duties To Include
Fielding customer enquiries by telephone and email
Following up on leads
Managing customer orders and finalising delivery schedules
Preparing and printing paperwork for shipments
Booking haulage and transport using various online systems
Liaising with staff, clients and freight companies to organise deliveries
Purchasing materials for the nursery and to replenish stock
Managing health and safety logs & checks
General office administration
Salary
£25,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience
