​We are currently recruiting for a global market leader of fresh and frozen produce.

Due to their demand, growth and development they are seeking to employ a Repack & Packaging Supervisor start as soon as possible on their Kings Lynn site.

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday

• 6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm & 10pm – 6am

Duties To Include

• Lead, inspire and motivate a multi-disciplined team

• Develop and implement packing strategies to optimise efficiency

• Monitor and maintain the quality of packed products

• Coordinate with the production planning team to ensure timely availability of packing materials and resources

• Manage and train packing staff, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure their performance and productivity

• Conduct regular inspections and audits of packing lines and equipment

• Monitor and analyse packing performance metrics

• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
