​We are currently recruiting on behalf of progressive arable farming company located near Kings Lynn.

Due to their growth and development they are seeking to employ a Skilled Farm Worker to start as soon as possible.

Requirements

• Competent and experienced tractor driver

• Telehandler & loading shovel certificates

• Pa1 and Pa2 certificates

• Experienced with drill & fertiliser applications

• Experienced with cultivations

• Root crop harvesting would be advantageous

• Workshop skills 

This role is quite varied, and the applicant must realise their duties are not limited to the above.

The company is a progressive arable farm growing a variety of combinable, forage and root crops. The candidate should have accurate record keeping skills, good communication skills and be able to work on their own and as part of a team.

This is a permanent position.

Pay Rate

£14 per hour, plus time and a half after 39 hours basic
