CSS Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a Plant Administrator to join one of our clients teams on a permanent basis located in Norwich, Norfolk.
Responsibilities
Maintain up-to-date and accurate data in all systems, including contract hire records, charges and asset data
Provide strong administrative support to the plant and transport division as needed
Process hire requests (on and off hire) and create hire contracts in the plant management system
Communicate effectively with internal and external customers regarding availability
Add new plant and vehicle assets to the plant management system and ensure asset lists are always current
Generate purchase orders for the plant department and assist with the goods receiving process
Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the plant department by identifying and implementing improved administrative processes and procedures
Requirements
Experience in a similar administrative or support role, utilising systems to manage data
Experience within a plant / equipment hire environment is desirable
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
