Our client client is an Essex based  construction company .

They are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their busy team. 

Role and Responsibilities .

The role will heavily rely on the use of IT systems (Excel, Microsoft Business Central, Sage and various Data Imports) so the candidate will need to have strong IT literacy in order to succeed within this role.

General accounts support including but not limited to

• Process Daily Sales Ledger postings and cash receipts

• Purchase Invoice Processing

• Process General Ledger Journals

• Process Project Ledger Journals

• Bank Reconciliation's

• Supplier Statement Reconciliation's

• Complete CIS Returns

• Complete VAT Returns

• Produce Financial Reports

• Project Budget Updates

• Prepare Debtor Chaser letters

Office based role

Hours of work 08:00 to 17:00 each day

Salary

£25,000 - £35,000/annum
